Terms and Conditions of Sale
Between the undersigned:
Jérémie Melki, sole trader, representing Let’s Work in French, whose registered office is located at 29, rue de Soisy, 95120 Ermont, FRANCE, registered under SIRET number 850 099 599 00035,
Hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”
And
Client X,
Hereinafter referred to as “the Student”
The Provider and the Student are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”, or individually as “the Party”.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
This agreement concerns the provision of [brief description of your offer], under the terms described below:
[e.g., 60-minute lessons via video call, personalized program, access to learning materials, etc.]
ARTICLE 2 - FEES
In return for the service described in Article 1, the Student agrees to pay the amount of X euros including taxes.
(To be adapted if you offer a per-lesson rate, a package, or a subscription.)
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT TERMS
Payment shall be made [indicate: in advance / at the beginning of the month / upon booking, etc.], by [specify the accepted payment method].
Payment confirms the Student’s enrollment.
Without payment, no access to lessons or resources will be granted.
Invoices can be provided at the end of the month upon request.
ARTICLE 4 - LATE ARRIVALS
During a Zoom video call session, the Provider will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for the Student.
After this period, the session will be considered as a missed class by the Student and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If the Student is late, the lost time will not be made up.
ARTICLE 5 - RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
A class may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to agreement by both Parties.
After this deadline, no rescheduling or refund will be possible.
Cancellations do not entitle the Student to a refund, except in exceptional cases (see Article 6).
ARTICLE 6 - VALIDITY

ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE
The Provider cannot be held responsible for partial or total non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure (power outages, internet issues, natural disasters, illness, etc.).
ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Student has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that lessons have not yet started.
